3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

  • The product description or usage terms were not reviewed before purchase.

  • The refund request is made after the 48-hour eligibility window.

  • Due to licensing security, once a product key is used, it is permanently linked to the user and cannot be reused, revoked, or resold.

4. Requesting a Refund or Return

  2. Navigate to your User Dashboard and click on the Order Section.

  3. Select the order you wish to refund or return.

  4. Click on the Request Refund or Return button and follow the instructions.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your request.
